Our inspectors try to make your report easy to read and interpret so that you completely understand any defects found at time of inspection. As always, we are available to answer any questions that you may have during the process.
Our customers consider our home inspection reports very detailed and informative. Each home inspection report is provided with a description of the deficiency followed by a picture that is taken during the inspection. Where applicable, we will even provide an example of the correct method or technique for proper installation.
All home inspection reports are emailed to our customers in a PDF format within 24 hours after the inspection and payment is received. In many cases, the report is provided to our clients the same day.
We also carry Supra Keys with us to every inspection! This allows us more flexibility when we inspect the property, and helps when time is sensitive.

What to Expect
with Castle Home Inspections
We believe in personal attention. That is why we encourage all potential homeowners to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection, so you can ask questions while our inspector is on site. If you have questions about your report, we want to answer them until you are satisfied.
Count on our inspector to quality pictures of the inside and outside of your home to contribute to a detailed report. The finished report is in full-color and is easy to navigate and understand for all readers. You will receive your inspection report within 24 hours, and same day in most cases.
As an InterNACHI certified inspector, Castle Home Inspections offers a "Buy Your Home Back Guarantee". If our specialist misses anything at your home that should be covered, the InterNACHI will buy back your home.
Our home inspections start at $250 and is generally based on the size of your home. We want you to get the best value for your home inspection.
