Our customers consider our home inspection reports very detailed and informative. Each inspection report is provided with a description of the deficiency followed by a picture that is taken during the inspection. Where applicable, we will even provide an example of the correct method or technique for proper installation.
Inspection reports are emailed to our customers in a PDF format after the inspection and payment is received. We strive to deliver the inspection report in a timely manner depending on number of units inspected. This is typically within 48 hours after the inspection.

What to Expect
with Castle Home Inspections
We believe in personal attention. That is why we encourage all property investors and/or managers to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection, so you can ask questions while our inspector is on site. If you have questions about your report, we want to answer them until you are satisfied.

The finished report is in full-color and is easy to navigate and understand for all readers. You will receive your inspection report within 24 hours, and in most cases the same day.
